I think I need a food journal. The one time I lost weight was on weight watchers and I think a lot of that was because I actually was keeping track of everything I ate.
Right now I am just hoping that I am eating less than I did the day before. I know I am not eating healthier than I was the day before. I need to try and get rid of the gluten from my diet too. Pretty sure its what makes me feel gross most of the time.
Last summer I was drinking smoothies all the time and I felt great. The only problem is I do not remember what I was putting in them. I know the new thing is to do a juice diet, but that doesn't make sense to me. I will keep all the fiber in diet thanks.
I will need too look up a few recipes again.
